What You Give Is What You Get

I often receive articles and video links from people all over the globe, and I have to admit that I don't always have the time to read or watch everything that comes my way. But recently I received a video from my dear friend Sindy (she being of the sensitive and loving heart type), which I was drawn to watch after this weeks Qigong class. Let's just say I was not prepared for the depth and emotional power of what I saw, and rather than go into detail about what the video is about, or just how deeply it inspired and moved me, I will simply share it with you, so that you can see for yourself what I mean.

I will say that, if you have ever wondered what kind of impact one person (perhaps you?) can have on the world, then the 20 minutes it will take you to watch the film will have been well worth it. It's easy these days to fall into despair, anger or apathy about what we see unfolding on the global stage, but as you will soon see in this video, miracles can, and do happen when we are inspired to look beyond ourselves for the opportunity to serve and give to those around us, whether to our families and friends, or to the larger world community. After all, what we give is what we get.
